Ajay has said a couple of times that the RA 2011 LE has been smoking very well now, so I've pulled one out - it has mellowed since its release and I'm enjoying. Wish I'd picked up a box I saw in Dubai!

Stressful but fun couple of days doing sea survival and firefighting with the Navy. Just home. Of all the sticks to choose from, I've gone for my 'comfort' smoke. Love the Black Market Toros.

Got home a day early. Had some leave to take, and I have a weekend with the Royal Naval Reserves this weekend. I've gone for a Romeo wide churchill. Been over a year since I visited this box, so will be keen to note how they've changed.

Lol! It surprised me with its strength to be honest Simon. I know that this is a stick that splits opinion on this forum. It was from an Apr 2012 box, so still fairly young. I wasn't overly enthused with the first one I had from the box over a year ago. They have certainly settled somewhat, although this particular stick did have a very loose draw - kept at a steady 65 RH though. Lots of leather and spice, with some underlying sweetness - almost honey like...I still don't think they are anywhere near their best at the moment, and I think they will probably need another couple of years - maybe more, before they get to that point. They're not going anywhere, so will tuck them away again and have another one this time next year. What about yourself? Have you tried them? I'd be interested to hear your opinion...Nick.

I have a couple of singles but I have yet to try one, that's why I asked how you thought they were smoking. I am not into large RG but I have heard many people think it beats the SC so I'll be giving it a go in due course & I quite like the SC for a change (yes really Butters!); I'll let you know how it goes.

Yeah, he gave one to me last week, smoked it on Wednesday, not for me...

Had my first cigar in nearly 2 weeks - a Los Hermanos Maduro. Was nice to finally have a cigar - its been a bad few weeks with colds and work.
