A Bolivar Coronas Junior. Taken from the first box of cigars I bought but probably not the first box I will likely finish. Noticed the other day one is almost complete gone and wasn't bought that long ago. Washing it down with a cup of Bovril. Not quite sure what possessed me to try this combination but its not bad.

Like a snack when I get in so also got a bit of bread and butter to dip in my Bovril, Yummy!

Bovril got too salty to work and to finish with a cup of tea (Taylors Yorkshire tea)

Today is a Hoyo de Monterrey Le Hoya de San Juan. Enjoying it so far, seems to have a fuller flavour compare to the other HdMs I've tried.

Oh now you're asking! I'm usually a 'like it/don't like it' man when it comes to cigars and that's about it.

I mean that it has more flavour, it's a stronger taste. Not overpowering though, it's very nice. The HdMs that I've had before (mainly Epi2) are - to me - a lighter flavoured smoke in comparison. Not better or worse, just different. If I had this cigar on a blind taster, I'd never have guessed it was a HdM.

That any help? If not, we're just gonna have to fall back to 'I like it'.

Sound's good enough explanation to me Judders, hasn't made me wanna try it though. I like my Hoyo's to taste like Hoyo's & have a reasonable RG.

I'm the same, it wasn't what I was excpecting from a HdM. Well, it was in terms of size (I think it's the biggest HdM currently available) but not in terms of taste.

Today I had what is quite simply an amazing NC in the Padron 1964 Anniversary Pyramide. A stunning smoke in terms of enjoyment. I would say there is not much evolution throughout the cigar, but what you get is consistent heaven for well over an hour!

And also like Judders, I have an Xi3...I went for the Spectrum. I even had it engraved...I know
