Good to hear, Simon Bolivar and Sludgie. I was in my No 1s in Newport this morning, laying a wreath on behalf of the Royal Navy.

Just had the mystery maduro sent by Budgie Smuggler. Unfortunately, got caught in a serious downpour and had to abandon proceedings. Experienced the downside of having no where to run to (in my slippers) - really need a shed or to sort out the existing one!

Contemplating going back to work, and how much catching up I've got to do after a week off ill....Still the next hour or so belongs to this LFDC Gran Cano....

First smoke in a couple of weeks, PL Montecarlo which was every bit as good as I'd expected. Utterly delicious smoked in haste before a trip down to Leicester for the rugby, can't wait to find some time to savour one.

Not managed a smoke for a few days so was looking forward to smoking a NUB Maduro from the 8 selections I had from the NUB range and have to say it was the most disappointing one of them so far. The draw was great, the burn was spot on, bountiful amounts of smoke, just not that good

So to make up for it, I had this....This was my First Epicure No.1 - Absolutely delightful smoke! My Cigar lust was sated

Had my first smoke in 6 weeks, tried one of the Vegueros from the split with Martyn.

My taste buds are completely shot, try as I might all flavours were masked to me, until the very end bizarrely I got a hint of what I can only describe as "oily fish"

A little pissed off at this I sparked a Party Short up, this also failed to give me anything, like a tempting, teasing woman, I gave it my all and got zero action in return.

Thoroughly depressed now
