COTM this icy morning. Just getting my head around pointing this slate patio in freezing cold. Icy but beautiful morning.

Yes it's a Cuban from the taste I'd say. If that part is correct then it has to be the Secretos. If this is a non Cuban I haven't got a clue.

It's a good cigar, I do think Secretos but a nice example of one. When this is done and dusted I'd like to see the box code on these.

    The snaps:

If that's a Secretos Tommy .... I'd like to see a darker wrapper!

Mate that's what I was thinking too. It's a non Cuban then, there isn't anything Cuban in this size with a dark wrapper that I can think of. If it's NC I couldn't even begin to guess. Mo went with Secretos and I have to agree, the ones I had were darker though. I'm saying non Cuban unknown cigar if not The Cohiba.

The wrapper on mine was a lot darker it could be the light making it look not as dark in the picture

Same here. The wrapper on mine looks darker in person than this picture shows.

so when people are guessing if a mystery stick is Cuban or not I've always just been under the impression that only cubans are triple capped and I'd be checking for that first?

I've had triple capped NCs before Joe so that could be a red herring

Not sure what red herring refers to there (kippers for breakfast? "Tiiiis", replied aunt Helga) but aye. NCs are rolled in sooooo many different ways.

Monte 4 for me. Milder than I was expecting going from the previous one from this box [emoji4] whilst watching the football.

Good evening. Tonight I'm smoking a 2000 vintage Bolivar Corona from a 50 cab purchased as a single from JJFox some months back. Thought I'd better smoke it whilst I can remember what it is, being as it is unbanded.

It has an exotic mellow spicy flavour that also tastes fruity, oriental cuisine comes to mind.

After cyling 40 miles off road and getting drenched I've finally succumbed to winter and put the central heating on for the 1st time since last winter.

Monte Open Regata for tonights dog walk. Very nice too, easy draw, slight peppery taste

Have had a crappy few days including many times when I wished I was employed rather than self-employed. Finally got a contract confirmed which will take me up to Christmas.

Of all the cigars I now have to try, not sure why I picked this, especially to celebrate something, but there it was in the humi and it seemed to jump out at me. No regrets. Very pleasant.

Wayne do you have a box of them? If so what's the code, if you don't mind me asking?
