    Good morning

Early bird off work today with my midweek weekend & a Monte Joyita, espresso after an English Breakfast.

Nice compo for your viewing pleasure.

So, inspired by Joe's morning business I have broken into the very generous bomb from last week. I decided to go for the Montecristo Open Regata which I chose for its size and the luxurious smell oozing from its every pore. The cigar is simply beautiful, richly flavoured, perfect burn and draw and lovely to fondle and admire (a big point scorer for me).
Every cigar in this bomb is a big hitting generous smoke, if I can find a good time in the next week or two I plan to get into some more of this selection.
Thanks again to Smokey Joe for a lovely gift.
      Tommy

Cheers Tomo, good to see you get stuck in.

By coincidence I'm half way through one too, with a glass of red vino & loving it.

The Open series gets a lot of bad press but that's fine by me it keeps the prices low. I've had a sampler of the whole range and this Regatta is a great smoke for the money, in my humble opinion.

Not tried a V cut on anything before though. Be interested to try it out. I need to buy a round punch too.

Yup I rate that cigar highly and I'm not kind when it comes to ratings. A great cigar.

I've sampled the Open Junior and it was surprisingly pleasant!

I was scheduled to have pipe with a pal....but when that fell through, I decided to go for a little something I like to call the Bolivar Exclusivo Asia Pacifico!

And like Campbell's soup, it was Mmm-mmm, good!
