PL picadores, plenty of smoke but had to keep correcting the burn.

And for good reason. Although that being said, it's not impressing me much yet...
Been a very interesting and stressful week. Had 20 week scan on Tuesday, which went really well - but haven't had the time for this smoke to celebrate. All bits present and correct. We'll find out about SMA two weeks after the birth. So fingers very firmly crossed on that one.
My daughter's been granted a wish by the Make A Wish Foundation to go to Disney World in FL and we're going on Sunday. However, it's been touch and go and we've only just found out we can actually go.
Wife's still poorly, but not too poorly to fly - Hurrah!
So all in all a good set of reasons to pull out the Sig.
I feel a bit let down though. Uneven burn, having to work at it to keep it lit. Tastes muted.
Just really underwhelmed. Had a sig IV and wasn't impressed with that either... They're ok - just average and I would far rather spend my money on different sticks and get more for the money!
No longer excited about my BHKs.....
But I am excited about the land of NCs and Disney

Rocky Patel Decade Robusto - didn't enjoy. Seemed to be no real flavour to start with, just a smell. In fact, reminded me of lighting the coal fire. Then very leathery and not much else. The last third was better, so I'm kind of glad I persisted to get something positive out of it. They're apparently very highly rated cigars, but this one didn't really do it for me.

Well, I'm still here in Orlando. British Airways cancelled my flight! I'm in some grotty hotel outside airport until tomorrow evening. Deep fcuking joy!! Corona's too far away from here. Can't justify the $100 round trip so got hotel shuttle bus to Millers Ale House with outside patio.

Fourth attempt at uploading! Cohiba Robusto from NOV 11 box My favourite stick. Great construction although slightly overfilled at the foot which meant a slightly tight draw. Good even burn requiring only a minor touch up. Typical Cohiba flavours, with a bit of honey and spicy bean notes. However these are evidently still much too young. Into the first third it developed an unpleasant metallic/stale ammonia type note, hard to describe really but it did spoil it a little. Will (try to) leave for another 12 months and hopefully they will be a little more settled. Stunning smoke when they're on. I've seen another thread moaning about Cohiba. It's my favourite brand but I fully agree, you shouldn't have to wait 3-5 years to be able to enjoy a product costing this much! Attachment 19548

Touch late but yesterday was my first bhk52. Really nice loads of smoke and smooth flavours. More kick than i expected to. The burn was a bit ragged at times but im lead to belive thats standard. Mention to tommy as it was generously gifted my him in my birthday bomb.
