Wifey is ill. Daughter recovering. To avoid all germs, I have sensibly retreated to the garden.
I'm now engaged in a scientific experiment. Bought a Monte No 1 which has been kept properly (or at least better than my sticks which spent 13 years drying in the attic) so I can see how it compares.
It's definitely a bit richer, but I don't think mine suffered as much as they could have. In some ways, actually prefer my old ones. Is that some kind of heresy, to prefer drier cigars?
