The only word I can think of to describe it is.... Heavy...
Plentiful smoke. Slightly loose draw.
Nearly died when I breathed in a lung full!
And yet I'm still smoking it.....

Going by the looks of the cigar i would say it's a full body
hence why you nearly died when you breathed in a lung full of smoke
