Now you know why I drink Coke with mine. Sugar counteracts the effect of nicotine to a degree. You will learn to recognise the effects coming on, I was nearly caught out on Sunday by smoking on an empty stomach but caught it just in time.

I had it with a bottle of coke - Christ knows what would have happened to me if I hadn't!

Where in Wales are you from?
          It was interesting

Ouch! 12 hours on a bridge or roundabout. What were you doing?

My wife's from Beaufort, her family all still live there, so we sometimes take the scenic route via Brynmawr, Blaenavon, Pontypool to Newbridge. And, of course, been to Big Pit a few times. I like history, so, for me, it's an interesting place to visit.
