Had to have one of my cigars from Florida before I went back to work for the week. Opted for the Illusione Epernay Le Petit and I have to say it is officially the best cigar Ive smoked to date. A flavour unlike anything Id had before, the creaminess coated my tongue and the sweetness in the back of the throat
Shame it went out after the first third and never quite tasted the same, some liquorice on the back end of the smoke.
    Always recommend Epernays to folks.

A cheeky Quintero Favouritos from a split with PeeJay.
Started well then rain forced a retreat to the manshed.

Exploring the world - one smoke at a time.

Nice one Dave, really enjoying my Favorita's at the moment, threw another in the car yesterday after smoking one Saturday!

Had a lazy Sunday, came into the office about 5 and then took a drive down to the cost with a Monte 1 from 1980, very damp and musty on the pre light but a good smoke of predominantly aged tobacco with flashes of "monte"

Nice, not had many Montes with age but the one I had with 7 years on it was super.

Very well, thank you for asking.

I was impressed, the construction's good, the burn was good, it has a good taste that developed.

Its a very fine n/c cigar i would have again no hesitation.

I have had trouble with the burn on the ones I have had, they had promising flavour though. I may attempt a revisit to the stick if you had a good one though.
