An early bird catching worms, whilst tinkering in the garden: A RyJ Exhibicion No 4, Robusto (although from a purist perspective, it's an Hermoso)

I've been marking tapes in my shack since 0600 but I decided to resist a blast til later.

    Tho I did/do fancy one...

I had to leave my shack to make a phone call in the house on Thursday when I was enjoying my D4. I decided to leave the cigar to rest in the ashtray absolutely safely til I came back about ten minutes later.

Although well toked up on the Havana when I went up to the house, the smell in my shack when I went back down the garden and opened the shack door was just out of this world.

Like the smell when you walk into JJ Fox.

Very few smells beat this one for me. Lingering fresh Havana smoke.

I know we sort of understand each other on here about this.
(Actually I hope we understand each other completely, and you don't think I'm a nut for writing this).

Paul Dawg and I enjoyed a smoke together in the week, and we were talking about the glorious door-opening smoke smell in cigar-oriented bars in Bruges the other day.

    It's wonderful.

I just think people who don't experience the pleasure of our habit - the hand-wavers, the objectors - are missing out on life so much.

They have their heads buried so far up their fuckin asses they can't breath anyway .So why do they complain about the sweet smell of our cigars. And further more our stoogies probably cost more then their shirts and shoes!

Famosos of the VR variety mid-day. Probably not the last cigar of the day either

Now I'm missing me mates across the pond. I love it here in the mysterious State of Mind, Mexico, but when I hear about you lads getting together for a puff or two, it make me all stuffy in the nose like a little girl.

Names TJ, TJCoro, and senor serious just talked me down!

Had a Vegas Robaina Unico courtesy of whisky77.

I'd been canoeing in the sun all day then ended up in possibly the best pub I've ever been to. We were all sat outside in the covered smoking area for our meal, so I lit up after the meal with no worries about smoking Nazis. Enjoyed with Stella alternated with Crown Royal whisky.

This was my second VR and I've got to say this was even better than the Famoso. Reminded me of a PSP2, but with the addition of the heavy milk chocolate that was present in my previous VR. I'm very impressed with the two I've had so far. Very distinctive taste. I can see myself getting a box of something VR very soon. Cheers Craig!
