I'm quite surprised that there is no customer service for Cohiba. I guess they only sell to retailers who would be responsible for complaints. I actually don't want to complain to him though as he has been a true gent to me. I had something go missing and he re-sent it. Unless someone has an idea how to make a complaint to Cohiba directly I'll probably just leave it and hope the rest are good. I must say though, all three that I've smoked have burned like a dried out turd.

My current success rate for Cohiba's is 50%.
Half of all Cohiba's I've tried have been unsmokable.
Puts me off buying Cohiba's.

How long after receiving it are they smoked? They may not have been evenly humidified from their travels, which my be a cause canoeing etc. I try to leave a few weeks before smoking any cigars - it might not be necessary for all but it has made a noticeable difference when I compare some I smoke just after receiving them and others I where I have waited a few weeks
Of course it could just be bad rolling, but I find it unlikely that so many would be badly rolled for such a prestige cigar

Reason: Addition
An after breakfast dinky demi. Still lasted me 45 minutes and had many varied flavours. I think this will be a good alternative to my little Davidoffs.
first chance since I've been back from hole to smoke COM cigar...playing catch up. Reading the reviews waiting for the Nicotine kick..smoked mainly NC so hopefully will be used to it.
