It's from Favourbrook in London. The velvet house coat style smoking jacket. The one on the website is black, but that's been discontinued. Mine is midnight blue.

From a Sep 12 box. Still very young and will be a while yet until they are at their best. I've been having one every three months or so, just to see how they're changing over time. They're mellowing out, lots of bean flavours noticeable and quite creamy on the palette. Got quite bitter after smoking half way down. I think they still need quite a bit more age yet. I'm sure they'll come good.

Wowzer Sludgie, is it the angle of the picture or a you a really imposing guy? Looks like there's some solid muscle under there, makes you look like you have 50+ inch chest and shoulders that could take down a door frame!

Lol! No far from it! Crap at taking selfies is the issue! I'm 5 ft 10, 44 chest, fairly broad though which probably makes me look like that - a fairly 'stout' chap, as my tailor once told me. Was a useful prop forward in my time, but knee surgery put an end to that!

I take it this is one of the American imitations with that band?

No that's the band the Cuban Churchill has.

Sounds interesting. How do they compare to SigloVI? I like a torp shape and this size would seem to be an ideal cigar for me. If you ever fancy a trade Id be keen. I can buy a single though so no pressure.

it's just reminents left over from old cigars of way back when.

essentially, it's the same erason why Partagas has D4 bands, P2 bands, and misc. other bands.
