That's regular. Don't worry too much as they should open up after the first sixth.

What you really need to worry about is the full on plugs they suffer

It did open up thankfully, but in all honesty I wasn't particular impressed.

A bit of leather & wood early on which gave way to some pepper and a strange graphite taste until the end.

There was also too much gum on the band which resulted in a tear to the wrapper. Very even burn though.
