This the 'beast', it's ok, not great. There is a bitter tinge to it. Great ash though. The only Gurkha I have really enjoyed was the ghost. Honeymoon is in Mauritius. Can't go to Cuba as went there with an ex! Will go again another time.

Where abouts in Mauritius? I got married there last year, absolutely stunning place!

Its a rare day indeed that I get to smoke one let alone two cigars, this next one is amazing!!!!! Flores y Rodriguez Coney from a John Bomb. You've outdone yourself John, really liking this smoke. [ATTACH]17753[/ATTACH][ATTACH]17754[/ATTACH][ATTACH]17756[/ATTACH]
Now I understand what TJ was telling me about Maduro/dark wrappers being sweet and smooth. This flavoursome cigar is so smooth and soft that it hardly seems alight. It is however honey sweet and spicy, having spent a few weeks in my Spanish Cedar humidor it also has taken on that flavour too.
I've smoked some high end NC's but this is my current favourite to date.

Oh and cigar fans are coming to dinner tonight so I'll be trying some of the Partagas SC LE 2010's I recently purchased.

Starting the weekend with a diplo no.1.



Seams a bit tight on the draw buts probably not helped by the fact I had to cut it with a knife as I left my cutter in France. Oh well off to eBay.
