Trinidad Reyes for me this lunch time- had read a lot of good things about this stick, so I bought one a little while ago.

    Thoroughly enjoyed it!
SilentBob is quiet no more, name change to VocalBob?

hmmmmmmmm... that'd be very true, but it does seem that 08s have been coveted heavily in most places i look. perhaps maybe just the age... perhaps maybe just correlation/causation

but you still have people (a lot of them) talk about the year's harvest and how it affects them as a general rule of thumb. can one not classify 08s to be a 'good harvest' year?

Not been a notable bad harvest in a little while has there. You see people talk about 08 cause you can pick up quite a lot of 08 boxes from retailers still.(well were quite common last time I looked ang got a box of 08 dip 2's) the question you should be asking is why is there 08 boxes still with retailers if it was such a great year. Also does cuba not have quite a substantial stockpile of filler and only really the wrapper that is from the current harvest year.

... you tell me! i've personally heard minute chatter on '10 and '11 being a bad year due to 'droughts' and what not. But everything with a grain of salt. hell, people say that this year is going to be shite because they only recently finished their harvests.. 2 months late? everything with a grain of salt.

know what? i can vouch for 08s being more common... i see your noted '08 Dip 2s around everywhere, actually. notably cheaper prices, too. i never think of it that way until someone brings it up to me......

Wow, I don't think I've ever seen two people have two arguments over two different threads before!

Maybe we should have a Rascal vs Butter thread and see how much stuff the two of you can clash on!

hey! at least it's much more civil this time.... hard to get your actual message (rather than only meaning) across when it's just words.

sides, at least we made more progress this time than previous arguments.

This has been well earned after the last 3 days.

First one if these (thank you RCH) and only second ever Cuaba after a bad experience.

Anyway going in with an open mind and a fresh palette!

First part apart from a tight draw was just like a Reyes! Fantastic!

Once up to here though a Reyes it was no more. Not sure what I think. Still a hint of sweetness but got that vegetive taste I didn't enjoy the last time but nothing like as strong.

                      What an interesting little stick!
