Sig II's. '08 and '13. The '13 shows great promise but the '08 is the better stick (although a few construction issues). Interesting to note the size discrepancy.

classing a whole year of cigar production as good for a whole marca is terrible idea as they will vary very much box to box from the same factory never mind different factory's and different months. Just cause you smoked a nice 08 cohiba does not make them all good it does not even mean the whole box would be good.
