Had myself a Bolivar Royal Corona (2008) this morning on an empty stomach; not the best idea i have ever had.

Nice smooth, strong smoke with a good burn, and probably needs some time in the humi IMO, damn near blew my socks off.

Followed that with a Jl Corona in the afternoon and again a very enjoyable little smoke which I am starting to like very much indeed.

Going to give the Bolivar RC another try this evening (after having eaten something).

I thought why the hell not, and cracked open this bottle of port I've just bought after the discussion in the other thread. Sitting in the garden with a glass, and a RASS. Still quite mild out and the combination is superb! Good recommendation Craig.

had an upmann mag 46, our funder for ed fringe pulled out and ive been declined a loan and needed some way to relieve the stress

listened to the slow movements from all of beethoven's late string quartets, revisited rubber soul and with the beatles and absolutely fucking blissed out with the mag 46!

really enjoyable smoke and lasted best part of two hours, only slight bitterness crept in at the end and by then i didnt give a damn

As usuallllll Monte PE whilst on the Havana Club. Bliss, the Monte PE's seem to have settled now and smoke a lot better. Takes a month or two.

Like minds there Dave, a RASS this end without the port though. I was tinkering around the garden, which made a change to sitting and chilling.

                  Bolivar RC

Second RC of the day and this one was far more enjoyable.

Was maybe premature with my Comments earlier. This is a nice big smoke at the moment although as I said earlier;some humi time would not do it any harm at all.

After a sweaty tube ride home I kicked back for an hour and smoked me a Partagas Series D No4.

First time I've used a punch instead of a cutter, seemed to make a great smoke even better. If I had had another one I'd have chain smoked the varmint!
