Right but '08 is my memory. A bit of a ligero white cone in the middle so needs a few more years yet. A big improvement on a year ago though.

Joya de Nicaragua Cabinetta No 11 .... out there on a lovely afternoon waiting for the joy to start. A prime NC example of just because something looks like a cigar and is made from tobacco it doesn't necessarily deserve to be called a cigar.

About halfway I had made up my mind to at least try to smoke it to the wrapper colour change ... but then thought sod that!

COHIBA Limitada 2011 , dated Aug 2011. Smooth but lots of body and power, never harsh, fantastic flavours that kept changing and developing. Excellent ending to my birthday week.

This is the second of these I've smoked and the Nic hit is very strong. Taste profile is leathery salt liquorice. The smoke is thick if a little dry. They're good but not a patch on my Siglo VI's, I'm starting to wonder if these have gone past their best. Maybe I expect too much of them. Still not a bad smoke.

It's my birthday today so I done some F1 Sim day at surbiton with the lads and came back and had a nice BBQ. Smoked a couple of Cohiba Clubs Followed the BBQ with a Party D4

Glorious day in the southern suburbs so went for my first HdM Epicure #2. To quote Nessa 'it was lush', smooth, creamy and a distinct taste of almonds although sadly no marzipan. These are definitely on the 'to buy' list.
