Well the 10 Jahre was easy enough to find. German 5th ave. special release: 10th year.

Can't find anything about the ol' torpedo with the Red Partagas Factory band.

But that one with the silver band: is that a Partagas 11th Anniversario cigar?

i think it's my new favourite word too! Brilliant!

I spent the early evening in Sautters yesterday.

I started with an HdM Epi 2. A cigar I've never really been a fan of, but occasionally try given the high regard it is held it. I finally realised why I'm not a fan... The flavour on the draw is more than pleasant, they're generally well constructed, and should hit the spot. But... It's the post-exhale: aroma and finish that gets me - pure marzipan. I love almonds, but hate anything which is almond flavoured (especially marzipan).

I then followed it up with a Por Larranaga Secretos (Spanish RE). A very pleasant little stick - nice quick smoke, smooth, flavourful. Sadly didn't make any notes, but was a good little smoke.

Got into town late so went straight ti the Siberian bar & a coffee & a little joy; After dinner of Gammon, eggs & chips I broke out another of Sludgie's Bomb - Dippy No3 2001. Mellow, very mellow.

Google has just turned up a recipe for a Siberian Slut cocktail including Oreos!

• 4 shots Kahlua
• 4 shots Vodka
• 2 handfuls Ice
• 5 scoops Ice Cream, chocolate
• ((optional)) Oreo Cookies

Mixing Instructions

Add all ingredients in a large blender and puree.
