A sunny warm afternoon in the garden after a very pressurised hectic long morning demanded major compensation and relaxation. Wife out with friends for the duration, therefore a Montecristo No 2 accompanied by a big black Turksih coffee, with thick cuts of Almond Cypriot Halva and some dark chocs for afters. This was my first Monte No: 2, age about three years. Very smooth and good changing flavours right down to the nub. I don't know if I prefer it to my Cohiba Piramides Extra which may have a slight edge on body. Will have to conduct further experiments, I am afraid. Will keep you posted.
