I'm working from 4pm-2am today so I sat out with a little La Aurora Chico but as soon as the sun went in and the wind took over it was surprisingly chilly. Roll on the weekend!

Once they get past customs it is a free for all. Depending on the amount of cigars and the individual customs officer it might not matter either. It just depends on how much paperwork they feel like doing that day. The ATF has better things to do than bust into a herf and arrest people for cigars. Theoretically they have that power. The other issue is they would have to send the case to a Federal district attorney who would then decide rather or not to prosecute. There is just so much other stuff going on that it is a waste to even go after it on a small scale. It is like speeding 2 miles over the limit. You can get pulled over but more than likely not.

Part of my collection made the trip with me to the Dominican Republic. I took about 130 sticks with me. I de-banded the ones I had left from the trip so I would have no problem with customs coming back in. I also brought back 2 bottles of Havana Club. Walked right through customs with them in a white duty free americas bag. Hell, I even put them on the customs declaration form.

I don't know what's more impressive, that ash or the sunshine
