I think the 2001 LE already had the year on the Limited Edition bands - this one could be the 2000 Robusto LE (just as impressive )

Not had any of the brand I don't think maybe some old selectos years back

They used to be machine made probably hence the confusion but all proper Cubans (not including minis and such) are hand made now. But agree they are crap though better and cheaper with a JLP everytime

According to the Cuban Cigar Website they are hand made but with short-filler - and Rascal is right that there used to be a machine made one (http://www.cubancigarwebsite.com/bra..._Flor_de_Cano_)
