Big pre-interview nerves for tomorrow. Flashed up a Monte EL520. Lovely, and calming me down a treat. I love the calming qualities of a good cigar....Will be pulling something special out of the humidor if I get the job. A Monte Sublimes will be the favourite...
I'm relaxed now! Just been a hectic few days. Interview was only confirmed today - I've been on a course for the last three days. Have to drive from Yorkshire to Hitchin and then get the train to London. It will have been a long week, but hopefully will be worthwhile in the end. Also meant to be back out in Cyprus next Tuesday with the Navy..It never stops!
Had disasterous morning, travelled to the border to go fishing only to find I'd left my hooks at home! Really annoyed. Anyway went to the cafe this afternoon for a short smoke & chose a PLPC from my cab 10/06. The aroma from the cab is lush & these sticks have never failed to impress, even after just a couple of yrs. Have a second cab starting to age in the back of the cave; just didn't want to run out of my fav PC in due course.
Good luck with the interview & hope you get a job offer Sludgie; in what capacity will be be joining the RN in Cyprus? Did you sign up to the RNR?
Simon Bolivar: Liberator of Bolivia, Ecuador, Peru & Venezuela.
Thanks Simon. The interview is for a Project Manager role. I joined the RNR straight after leaving the regular RN. Still in a communications related role. Enjoy it, and have been virtually full time with them for the last 6 months.
