Ventured out to buy a new fan for the bathroom and took along a BBF for company. I tried one earlier in the year and didn't get on too well with that one but this one was very pleasant although unremarkable in flavours. It did knock me out though - slept for about an hour after getting back home - maybe the cigar, maybe tiredness from Christmas!

I had my first ever Cohiba today, a Siglo 2 which I have heard is the best one to try first. Not bad.

I know some people rate the Siglo II these but to me it's the most uninspiring Cohiba & not worth the extra cost over other PC's. Try the Siglo III, whcih I think is under rated the IV & V are well a visit, the VI is really great but at a premimum price. Lanceros or Esplen' now your talkingSimon Bolivar: Liberator of Bolivia, Ecuador, Peru & Venezuela.

Have been desperate to get a chance to try the Trinidad Reyes and finally it came. My wife was cleaning out her wardrobe so I had plenty of time. The fire was lit and a chair was found. It was a shock to start and I was worried I would not enjoy it. Which would have been bad as I was hoping to find a shorty I liked. But after a few minutes it was much more my cup of tea very smooth and warming. Didn't get to burn my fingers as it got a bit harsh but would get some for the shorter smokes.

Yeah, they are quite literally the perfect object for a pit... They light easily due to the convection current with all the holes, stay burning for hours, kick out a nice heat and I even cook on mine.
once burning I find mine will even burn wet wood in a pinch, due to the furnace like heat in the centre caused by the constant movement of air. I had been considering building a wood gasifier but the drum is more than enough for my needs.Licky Licky before Sticky Sticky. - Puff Scotty 22/03/14
