I have dabbled with a few of my regular smokes this week and they have all been good. Seems like my humidification is now spot on as the sticks were in tip top condition - all had a great burn and felt perfect to the touch. Started using a V cutter a while ago and can't speak highly enough of this - perfect draws, no unravelling?just great.

Had an Ashton VSG Robusto this morning - great smoke, lovely tastes and even picked up some chocolate in the final third. Really do like the VSG's - the teaste for me is great as well as retrohale and it always leaves me feeling satisfied.

Also managed to sneak in a RyJ Wide churchill earlier this week - great ring gauge, plenty of smoke and a delicate taste - about half way through the box and will definitely be buying more. The broad gauge makes it a great experience over an hour or so. Earlier this week also had a Macanudo 1968 Robusto which again is one of my regular smokes - love the creamy/nutty taste and a razor sharp burn again.

Most of my cubans are still resting in the igloodor and plan to make a start on those this Christmas when they should have rested enough but for now, I am really enjoying all that the rest of the world has to offer.

I fancied a Vegas Robaina Clasicos today but have ended up thinking with my head and going for an Oliva Serie O Robusto as I thought that wouldn't take as long to smoke and I wouldn't get caught in the freezing cold at the end as I have for the last couple! 😊

I look at you with big wide eyes and says:
      You ain't seen nothing yet.
gotta tryy those Domis with some chocolate lava cake, maybe hot fudge sundae, and a tip of bourbon or armagnac. Mmmmmm. Mouth is drooling thinking about them.

Not Lonsdales or Churchills weather anymore so really pleased I got these .... nice for a 15 - 20 min coffee window. I didn't think I'd need my cutter, but I did.
All in all a good little smoke and a good addition to the Partagas Chicos, Monte Club and Indian Tabac 10 Little Indians I use for little cold weather breaks.

Bit of a let down today, a Guaranteed Jamaica Petit Robusto that just wouldn't light and a Flor de Cano Petit Corona that bloody unravelled on me! Gave up after half an hour.

In honour of the momentous occasion that is the missus letting me smoke in the garage/gym I thought I'd better go for one of my better sticks so plumped for the H&F aged RyJ exhibicion no4 and so far it's smoking like a dream...a very contented Bubba tonight :-)
