So it's October.....less cigars on the way for me!

Started October with something small, a very young Paratags Short with quite a tight draw. Lovely flavour though.

Started off a bit hollow but then filled out into a great morning smoke. Elegent and deifhtful but perhaps not as complex as I had hoped.

A Bolivar El Greco RE that I picked up whilst in Cyprus. Very impressed. I wish I had bought more of them. I did pick up a box of Partagas Lusitanias from 2000 though. Cost 340 Euro from the LCDH in Limasol. I thought that was a good price for such an aged box. Just waiting for the box to settle in my tuppy before trying them out...

Monte 4 Reserva today. Look at that colourful swirl on the foot

Note the way it burned. Everytime i went for a draw, it would make a new layer in the ash that's completely visible. Never had that in any other cigar!! Beautiful.
