Ramon Allones Petit Belicosos which are smoking just perfectly for me; shiny, oily mahogany wrapper, creamy leather and cedar with a hint of aniseed These were covered in mould when the boxes were first opened too...so obviously no long term negative effects and perhaps the opposite

With Chris at the hairdressers I thought I'd try one of my 'walkin' wounded'. A wrapper damaged Siglo VI. I've never really understood or got on with these. They're smooth, they're creamy and the is start is nice enough, but where the progression is I don't know, or it's so subtle to be beyond my taste buds .... and as for 'bean', there's not a runner or canellini in 'em! Big, monotonous things IMO, If Habanos decided to delete the overrated buggers I really couldn't give a shit.If you want to, you can.
And, if you can, you must!

Telling it like it is, eh amigo?
Different strokes for different folks, I guess.
I for one like 'em, especially with some age on them. How old was yours?
BB
:juggler: um BB. You forgot to include the quote from se?or TXXX.

To each his own I guess. And to mine, an emptier wallet.

Cohiba Siglo II. I lit one of these up yesterday and was not a fan, however, today, I can say that this is a very nice cigar with great flavours.
My palette must be different today, plus, I've had something to eat, am drinking whisky, and I'm not thoroughly knackered like yesterday.
Very nice - creamy, grassy with a delicate sweetness - almost like slightly overdone toast with butter and honey.

hey man, that's a pretty good description of the cohiba siglo2!! if you like green tea, i can't recommend enough pairing it up with some nettle tea (you can get this in any health store, i've even seen it in tesco)!! nettle tea is grassy, herbally, woody....... and a tea spoon of honey really adds to it!! cohiba and trinidad realling go well with it!! trust me, it's the only thing i drink when smoking these cigars....
