    Comparison.

I bought a 10box over in Belgium last week and they had Dec '07 on them. A better smoke I felt, although I'm crap at descriptions. Had one during the week which was harsh to start and I thought "here we go", but so far so good with the others

Don't think I've had any dramas with the plugging that crops up from time to time. Anyhow, a good poke up the &rse soon sorts that out

    I think you'd like them.
LOL,I think I will follow your lead CJ and buy a box of ten initially, just to make sure I like how they smoke.
The other R&J I intend to try is the Escudos, and I would like to compare the two cigars, just to see the similarities in the brand.

CJ - I'm surprised you've not loved these. I've had them from three different places and all have been excellent....

Sometimes if a cigar tastes harsh, I leave them alone for 6 months then try again. This has certainly been the case with the 2008 LEs....even the mighty MC Sublime was distinctly average and the Partagas D5 was unsmokeable (IMHO) back in October last year. I tried the D5s a few weeks back and they're amazing...time might tell. Keep you paws off for 6 months... (if you can)

I had my first Juan Lopez No2 late morning in my warm garden today. I fell instantly in love with this cigar. Absolutely beautiful smoke.

I must get round to trying one of these. Everyone here seems to rave about them. Must be some truth in it.
