An R&J Short Churchill first thing this morning at Whisky's sort of hour down in my shack. Very nice smoke indeed from a bud. My first of these cigars. Will go on the list for future orders.

Just come back in from smoking a Hoyo Epi 2 in the sun. More delicate than I am used to, hence smoking it this early, but very enjoyable.
It was unbanded when I bought it from my local shop which I'm led to believe indicates it is 2005 or earlier! Slightly darker than the banded ones next to it.
A mild pleasant sweetness with hints of vanilla. Went very well with Dr Pepper! If you don't believe me about the taste combo try a Dr Pepper ice cream float.

A fine Habana (Epicure #2) and Dr. Pepper....it doesn't get much better than that senor Dave!!!

Hello, I am BJ, BJCoro, and I'm filling in for TJ while he's off with a Monty #2 (one of Kdot's favorites) and skyping with senor Cohiba IV.

I love Dr. Pepper with a fine Habana, but never thought of adding a little ice cream. Sounds delightful! I'll mention it to TJ when he returns.

BTW, the Epicure #2 is one of TJs favorites sticks, but it gets a shit load better with a few years on it. Give it a go sometime and I think you'll understand.

Names BJ, BJCoro, and TJ can't come to the forum right now.

Back again. Had a Partagas Serie P No. 2 after the barbecue. A bit light for after dinner methinks. Just had a RASS with a glass of port while playing House of the Dead. Yum and shooting.

I brought a selection for the hosts. The lady had a Trinidad Reyes and the gent also had a RASS. He asked how much a box would be.

                    The secrets in the flavor.

Earlier this evening I enjoyed a Monticristo Sublime EL 08 while skyping with senor Cohiba IV - Gracias, Sr. Cohiba IV para el puro fino.

Later tonight, still craving a stogie, I went to the very back of the rack and found a moldy oldie know as the Tatiana Vanilla Flavored Cigar. I used to smoke these and Havana Honeys many years ago but haven't had one in several years. So I was courious enough to give it a go. Quite a delightful little stogie, actually. Almost like a desert cigar with a hint of vanilla throughout. A nice way to cap the evening.

Names BJ, BJCore, and sometimes I smoke funny little stogies.

An RyJ Shorty on the drive back from kiting, late afternoon: one the other day was harsh to start so I was pleased that this wasn't. And like a few others today, a JL2 (apres din dins)

Hoping to try the R&J vitola shortly CJ and looking forward to it, there has been some positive feedback on these cigars recently.

Yeah Mr. Whisk, I've had a few over the last few months: mostly singles bought from here and there (not tried the tubos). All quite nice but one or two were a little bitter towards the end (possibly me tugging on them too much).

I bought a 10box over in Belgium last week and they had Dec '07 on them. A better smoke I felt, although I'm crap at descriptions. Had one during the week which was harsh to start and I thought "here we go", but so far so good with the others

Don't think I've had any dramas with the plugging that crops up from time to time. Anyhow, a good poke up the &rse soon sorts that out

                              I think you'd like them.
