HDM Epi No2, it probably needs some ageing or something, Im new to ageing cigars, and I haven't had this one that long since i bought it from cgars but, the draw was too airy and hardly any flavour. Draw did pick up in final third though and so did the flavour once i nubbed it. but over all slightly disappointing.

Off to JJFox, undecided what to have. I'm sure they will have a couple of suggestions.

Not so much today, but last few days. My last day at the cigar shop was yesterday so my smoking thursday and friday went like this : Thursday: Partagas Luisitania Gran Reserva, Cohiba 1996 EL 2011, Cabanas from 1951. Friday: Rafael Gonzalez Perla, Montecristo 520 LE 2012, Cuvee Gran Lancero.

I'm very spoiled and my tongue feels strange!

            Did you quit the shop?!
But geez, that's quite a list there. Where'd you get a hold on those? Especially the Cabanas??

It lasted about an hour, its a good smoke and the construction is excellent - the ash just wouldn't fall!

And... as I've sadly now finished it - I've got to say, what a fantastic cigar! A real journey of flavours. Sadly the smoke was too hot at the end (and I was nearly burning my finger tips!) and I had to lay it to rest. Just a shame I only had that one in the humi! Time to order some more!!

Youre right Dave, and I wonder what that's about?? I picked up a solitary Maestro in Spain three years ago (plus the empty box) and really wish there had been more in the store. They get good reviews and glad to hear you're enjoying yours. I must set fire to mine at some point, but as with many singles I have,it's hard to say goodbye

                          Another nice view too

Sounds good fella. Heard them mentioned a lot so it good to know someone that's tried one.

Had a Monte 520 at JJfox. Went found Sautter cigars round the corner, but decided on a Boli Britanicas in the sunny park close by instead. Met up with a mate who had his first Cohiba Robusto whilst I had a Nub Connecticut. Good smoking day!
