Cheeky little celebratory cigar in JJ Fox yesterday morning having won a competition with the Royal Ag College at Ernst & Young (proving the farmers should be running the city...) I grabbed a La Aurora Petit Corona - smallish stick as I was in a bit of a rush. They're simple cigars, but enjoyable, and good value.
I travelled back to work after a difficult leave, Mother-in-Law was put down & then was cremated before the funeral. Strange habits in Belgium. Anyway to cheer myself up had a Belinda Princess in the sunshine outside KX Station, having just posted a couple of DC's to AdamK, should be with you on Monday mate. And as it was unusually sunny evening in Aberdeen, after a decent rare/blue steak, I had a an NSS Monte Especiales No2 '06. This was a fine wonderful smoke curtesy of Tippex, with superior flav to the last couple of No2's I have had. Perhaps it's the delivery or better quality leaf but they certianly hit the spot. Lasted until the sun dipped behind the buildings & the temp droppped. I found a box of these from 2005 in Cuba but didn't take them as I had other, more expensive cigars on my list but perhaps I made a mistake?
