Sounds like one that's been well and truly earned - always the best!

Hoping to get out myself later this afternoon... May well give the little pre-release Vegueros mini-torpedo that Stephan gifted me the other week a run-out - I'm very keen to try it, still a Vegueros virgin, so to speak.

Had my very 1st Vegueros just the other week. It was an aged Especiales 2 and I was genuinely surprised at how smooth and refined it was. Not what I expected at all

Not long finished off a Partagas Presidentes. Split an '07 box of these about three years ago and have not smoked one for almost as long. Quite linear in profile, but bloody lovely. I really fancied it when I glanced in the humi and I'm glad it delivered. Shame there's only three left.

I did get around to smoking the Vegueros Ma?anitas that Stephan gifted me at the Humour-dor. I have to say, it's a surprisingly good stick. Not the most refined, but good strong flavours, and fairly well balanced. Good, strong earthy flavours, but with hints of sweetness and herbaceous notes. I think this could be a popular cigar - as a small belicoso with character, it has a certain something about it. I'll be writing up a few notes in good time. Thanks Stephan,
