My first outing of the year to my balcony! Enjoying an 03 des Dieux courtesy of Tippexx and the forum MAW thread last year. Beautiful cigar, slightly firm draw despite a dry box all week but it is burning razor sharp, wonderful progression of flavours and strength...

A Cuban Crafters Sub Marino Habano Liga Especial whilst pottering around the allotment. A flavourful, cheap n cheerful NC. Fat gauge which fits with the name: A mouthful

Tried one of my five new Robustos. Gin chaser.
This should hurt you seeing how badly it burnt:

First and second third were alright.
Third third got a tad harsh for my tongue. (still smoother than most, mind you). The ashes were inconsistently falling off too.... That's a bummer.
However, i'm definitely trying the gin with cigars again. That melang? in my mouth was awesome. Especially with a few floral and grassy overtones of a cohiba!

However, let this be a lesson to you all to AGE YOUR CIGARS.

Such a beauty of a day, only 9 degrees but I caught the sun on my face...nice.

had another (and my last) Quai D'Orsay Corona - too mild, but still nice after not a lot of smoking for the last few months.
