I went to No.10 tonight and started the evening with a Hoyo Petit Robusto with a coffee followed by a Monte 520 with a Havana Club Especial & Lemonade. Was lovely to have them with those drinks. They really paired quite well.

Always nice to hear about drinks pairings, some things just seem to work well together. (I've found sloe gin and lemonade to be quite a good one with lighter, fresh tasting, cigars).

How was the 520 - it intrigues me, and I'm tempted to try one... Worth it?

The 520...I do like it. I was given one by a friend who took a trip to Cuba and brought back a box. It's not badly priced here in the UK for quite a big stogie. Although, I think I'd still save myself the ?2.50 a stick and go for the open eagle as I prefer the flavour. It's worth maybe buying a single to try. U might prefer it but I just think for the money you can pick up better sticks. You are really just paying for the fact it's an LE.
