el rey for me as well, a L Epoque, can not work out this cigar it may be the most inconsistent cigar i have smoked over the years some v.good some ok some just s..t,this one not to bad so far
Started with a RASCC whilst in Turmeaus. Now starting a RA petit belicoso..... Superb so far. Really impressed. Can't wait to see what they're like in a few months/years. Very very smoke able now. Might try for a few more boxes if they've any left.
Despite cutting the cap like a knobheab, the Trinidad Colonial was fabulous from start to finish - cool easy draw and silky creamy flavour (like skateboarding on smooth concrete).
Once lit, the smell of the wrapper was very delicious, and the smell of the smoke in the air very pleasing too.
Though smoking the Trinidad 'steady away', there was a very pronounced nicotine kick - perhaps a little too much at one stage, necessitating a stint in the garden for some air.
Highly recommended, 10/10
