Olympic torch is running through the middle of my home town today, causing me to sit in a traffic jam for an hour or so which boiled my blood. Shall be kicking it back later with a stogie to cool me down. I hate everything!

haha feeling your pain there Luke!! That's just how I felt when it came through here last week! I walked home from work in the end,lucky that I live close enough to be able to,but even that was a complete ball ache!

Had the Bolivar no. 3 I have been hoarding for nearly a year. Not too bad, sweet earthyness with creamy coffee and espresso notes all the way through. Nice n light as an introduction to the Bolivar range since I have bigger bastards to contend to!

How was the wide churchill? Enjoyable? I bought my first one a couple of weeks back and is waiting in the humi to get set on fire!

It was very enjoyable thanks - and I would recommend you fire it up soon! A very typical Romeo profile, in a wide gauge format - which I am a big fan of. Good construction and burns evenly when lit - although I would say take your time with lighting as it does take some time due to the ring gauge and can burn unevenly if rushed. Medium strength, but definitely develops in the last third. Sweet and caramel like notes that give way to a woody finish. Be interested to see what you think. I am smoking these at the same time as a box of Romeo Dukes that I have started, and I am staggered at just how different the sticks are. The Duke is a lot stronger although has benefited from a year or so of ageing in the humi.
