  • Sunday 3rd June

Started off this morning with a lovely Trini Robusto The village I live in is having a big garage sale on the streets so had a wander around the 300-odd stalls. Mostly just household nick-naks.....was hoping to spot some old cigar accessories or something but no such luck. Some nice cigar ashtrays but they all had alcohol drinks companies names all over them.....I prefer plain ashtrays. Anyway it was a nice start to a Sunday morning

Started off the morning with a good old full English Breakfast... then wrapped up the morning with a good strong black coffee and a Rafael Gonzalez Perlas.

A good start to a Sunday methinks. :-)

A party short for me tonight. One of my favourite smaller sticks for sure.

Well as my first order arrived yesterday, this evening i sparked up my El Rey del Mundo Demi Tasse as its the lightest of those i've bought. Very enjoyable, unlike the weather today, but im looking forward to trying something a little stronger. Next on the list, probably next weekend now, is my Punch Petit Punch

How was yours James? Mine was nice, I like the flavour of them, maybe its just me but I taste a little sweetness in them

It was my second and they are very pleasant, I get a slight port like flavour from them, as you said a sweet flavour so I agree! They also have a little spice on the finish. I find most cigars are either spicy or sweet, never both and for that reason I find the JLPC quite refreshing

A El Rey de Mundo Choix Supreme while watching the Apprentice final. Not the best I've had by a long way. The ash just didn't seem to hold together and kept on going out on me.... yet I soldiered on and finished it. Take that, Stogie!
