My first cigar of today is going to be a Montecristo no 4 and a huge pot of coffee..

Great start already, it was plugged and now it's cut up into pieces

    Next stick Quintero Londres Extra

Gym first for me, then when I come in, I shall be kicking off with an Upmann Magnum 50, and I will be moving on to a Partagas Lusitania later on...

Going to have a smoke after t. I'm thinking an Upmann PC or a RyJ No.3

Smoking my first Bolivar Belicosos Finos, 2004 vintage if I remember right...

Was expecting a much stronger, fuller bodied smoke than this has been.

Bolivar, big question on these is...can these be aged long?
They tend to lose that fuller body, 3-5 years i'd say it would be good...any longer and it loses power

Bolivar El Greco - Greek regional, from a box of 25. Matured for a year in my humidor and it's come out looking uglier than when it went in. Taste wise- pleasant enough and I'm sure they'll get better with another year...

Not tried a young Boli, so don't know but I have certainly had the impression that they can and do benefit from a decent bit of aging. I would have thought that 2004 wouldn't find them being totally flat and powerless.

Would welcome the thoughts of other more experienced Bolivar smokers...

A lovely ryj 3. But the wrapper seems to be fire retardant as it doesn't want to burn lol
