Thinking of lighting up a gift from El Cat - a German RE Bolivar. At 7.25 x 52 it's a beast and I usually find Bolivars a bit too full flavoured. But it's light wrapper is tempting me to give it a go. What do you guys think? Not sure of the name ... Colosades perhaps.

Smoked the Ramon Allones Extra today, really impressed with this cigar, lots of pepper, very flavoursome. This has lots of ageing potential IMO. A must try.

Smoked the last of my MC Open Masters today. Been under the weather for the last week, so this is the first chance I have had to have a smoked. Still rate the Open Master as a nice smoke, regardless of what others say.

hey keith, the colosales is the 2006 german RE! it's 50 RG x 6"!!! the 5AT avenedia is the 2009 german RE, it's 50 RG x 7.2"....... perhaps it's that? only el cat can tell......

Had a Punch Coronation. Not the best Coronation I have had, was very anaseed in taste and bitter. Had to bin it after two thirds. Got two more in the humidor though, so all is not lost!
