Just a La Invicta Panatella for me today, a nice short smoke and one I really enjoy.

RyJ Cazadores '04 (thanks Andy) lovely smoke had on a 2 1/2 mile walk to lower swell, then a couple of pints of donnington ale and local herd burger and chips before the walk back. RyJ was excellent, still a fair bit of kick for a well aged stick, nice and bitter with general woody tones, burn wandered but I find that happens to me with the lonsdale size, especially when smoking outdoors... Generally very enjoyable though, another one for 'the list'!

Finally plus figures outside! Wrapped up warm I had a CAO Gold Maduro Robusto. Lovely jet black wrapper, great firm construction. Mild earthy smell from the foot.

Super loose draw, but lots of thick smoke. Cream, dark chocolate, smoky earth on the finish and a little but of spice on the lips. Paired with black coffee which brought out a real liquorish flavour which was superb! 40 mins and really enjoyable.

RA Lusitanos RE Portugal. Lovely firm draw, sweet honey with light wood and pepper, just brilliant! And all I can hear is a horse munching on hay 50 meters away and an owl, bliss...

One of my Bolivar Prince Charles from the early 70s only got a few boxs of these original royal coronas left so i better get smoking before they disintegrate.

I wonder how long you could keep a stogie before it literally turns to dust in your hands.
