It was from Motormadj. No I didnt cut with a knife (Tmontana). I punched it first but I had no joy and then i cut it with my cutter. Unbelieavable. This was the second today.

Im just really suprised, Ive never seen a cigar unravel as badly as that.

Did you pull it apart at all to try and see if it was plugged etc?
