Just had a Partagas Short, well at least half of it anyway. Wasn't really my cup of tea.

What didn't you like? I had a Shorts last week out of a May 10 box and they still need a little time... ammonia gave me a bit of a headache.

I am still quite the noob to be perfectly honest, I have no idea with regards to the ammonia. The taste really didn't do it for me, I found it to be very 1 dimensional (or perhaps I just can't differentiate). I have particularly enjoyed the creamier side of smoking so far, this seemed to be on the opposite side of the fence, with more of a woody feel to it. Couldn't fault the draw though, there was plenty of smoke without it being a "wind tunnel"

Just started a Partagas Lusitania '03 and my word has it started off nicely!

8.15 - nearly two hours and still going strong, god I wish I had more of these!

I've only had one Noella and it was excellent. Very rich, strong flavours yum
