bacardi mojito classic

hey all,
i'm sure a lot of people on here will scoff at the idea of a pre made mojito as opposed to making their own!! tbh, i prefer to drink my alcohol, not wear it,lol!!! my vocation in life isn't being a bar man, so i'm not even gonna try and make one.......

this was on offer in asda for a tenner!!! got some schweppes soda water, fresh mint leaves and plenty of ice!!! done the job, paired up nicely with the sigloIII i had on saturday night!!! it also made the welcome break from red wine, guinness and the usual libations!!! for a tenner, it ain't bad

I always make my own now TBH but I have tried this in the past and it wasn`t too bad at all.

So if you have to add your own mint & soda water, all Bacardi Mojito contains (or should contain) is rum, sugar & lime juice. It's not exactly a sisyphean task adding the latter two ingredients to the first to make an entirely home made cocktail, I'd have thought.

lol!!! when i fancy a drink, i want no hassle!!! pour the stuff and add ice, water (never both at the same time) or mixer!! this absolutely ticked the box, measure of said alcoholic beverage, some wdeges of lime, a few leaves of mint, soda water...... bob's yer uncle, a decent mojito!!!! tasty as f**k!!!

Slight tangent... The best mojito I've ever has is at the Refrectory Cocktail Bar at the Plymouth Gin distillery. Interestingly, they make it using Havana Club Anejo Especial, as opposed to a white rum. Abslolutely beautiful drink, along with pretty much everything else in there.
