    Random fact of the day.

    I was a pusser. Pusser is the old name of a logistic officer inboard a ship because he held the key to the ships money safe. The safe was know as the ships purse. So in good old navy rhyming slang

    Purse = Purser = Pusser

    He also used to look after the provisions including the daily rum issue hence Pussers Rum.

    Random daily fact over lol.
