    Celtic Wysgi Blended Whisky ....... don't

    bother.

    drank some writing my Review on the Georges Reserve Churchill today.

    The Whisky has a nice 'first' taste and a pleasant warmth .... but the 'second' aftertaste is disgusting .... something medicinal from my childhood .... nasty.

    Really wanted to like it. But this bottles for the sink!

      Don't let on to KDot, Celsis, Lionhound or Whisky that you've used the word Scotch Pands .... 'cos this stuff isn't even close. I really wanted this to be good, so as to be new and a genuine rival to the Scots and Irish (yes. and the Yanks and Japanese) .... but it ain't .... it's 'orrible! I don't think even mixed with parafin would disguise the aftertaste!

                  mix with cola, fixes most sub-par whisky

                  also, Ralfy from ralfy.com has some recommendations (sugar or maple syrup or something, same tricks they use with dairymilk/mars/etc)
