I do like a mojito and a well made cuba libre

One of the best cocktails I've ever had is a Chanch?nchara in a bar of the same name in Trinidad in Cuba. Its rum, lemon and honey but I've never been able to make one as nice as the one in the bar

I love a Pina Colada as well, which work quite well with my tee total wife as well as I just don't add the rum in her one

Best Virgin Colada I ever had was in Cuba, fresh coconut, fresh pineapple, Marvel powder, sugar and ice cubes in an ancient blender. The barman just handed MLW the Havana Club bottle to add to hers.

It wasn't this place in Moron, was it? It was the first stop from the plane on our tour of Cuba and it was the best Pina Colada I ever had too, everything made fresh too

It was a roadside bar opposite the old Bacardi factory, last time we went it had expended to a full sized restaurant and gift shop. One of those moments never to be repeated.

I tend to stick to Buffalo Trace bourbon in my Old Fashioned
