Waitrose has some good stuff in for pretty good value. They have a nice selection - Talisker is one that I would solidly recommend at the moment. Had another drop of that recently, and it was most pleasant.

Not quite beating CJ here, but I bought a bottle of Jura in Tesco on Friday for ?20. Not tried it before so was a bit of a gamble to take camping, but I found it very easy to drink, as was evidenced by most of the bottle having disappeared by Monday...

I know I'll probably be hung out to dry for this, but Tesco are doing a particularly nice own label Armagnac at the moment. It's excellent and allows to taste the difference between Cognac and Armagnac!

Tesco appear to currently have Aberlour10 at 18 quid also.
