Hi guys I am off on my travels to scotland tomorrow and I will be smoking a few cigars while I am there. Just thinking about buying some rum for the trip and I am looking for a few suggestions. Really because I am travelling tomorrow the rum is going to have to come from a supermarket and not online I was looking at kraken or appletons estate something like that. all suggestions welcome, and yes i see the irony I am heading to scotland to drink rum so I guess I will have to buy a bottle of whiskey while I am there

Appleton's is very nice, but HC 7 is some of the best VFM rum out there.

Sainsburys have a decent off the shelf Rum sellection. Angostura 1919, Chairmans Reserve, Flor de Cana and Mount Gay XO are all available at mine.
