Whisky blend kit

One of the Christmas gifts my wife bought me was this "make your own blend kit" from MASTER OF MALT.

Make your own blend with the ingredients provided, then you send them the quantity?s you have used and they will make up some big bottles for you.

Has anyone ever done one of these kits? What sort of results did you get?

Very cool, I have often looked at these myself. I have had a brief go at blending from my collection and I find that it's best to find a spirit that you really like as a base and then add very small amounts of other spirits to tailor it to your taste.
